We strive to schedule new clients within 1-3 weeks and to match you with a provider who fits your needs. You may request a specific provider, but please be aware that not all therapists are accepting new clients. Current therapist availability is posted weekly on our social media channels. FBTA offers both telehealth and in-office therapy.

Prior to scheduling your first appointment, you will be asked to complete intake paperwork. All forms may be filled out and submitted electronically through FBTA’s secure online platform and will be sent via email.
If you do not have access to email, intake paperwork may be mailed to you or printed out and completed manually. Paperwork completed this way should be delivered to an FBTA office in-person, mailed, or faxed. Intake paperwork may not be emailed to FBTA. Additional information regarding FBTA’s HIPAA privacy practices, information about our psychological services, and clinic policies may be found below. We encourage you to review these documents prior to your first appointment.
FBTA therapists are in-network with all major insurance providers. When billing insurance, your first appointment will be a diagnostic assessment and subsequent appointments will be billed based on the length of session. FBTA offers a secure Client Portal where you will be able to view upcoming appointments and billing statements, make payments, and communicate with your therapist. To set up your client portal account, please speak to front desk staff or your therapist, who will email you an invitation to the address on your client account. The link in this email will take you through the steps to create your client portal account. FBTA recommends selecting a secure password for your client portal account, as your account contains your personal health information.
Please note that FBTA requires 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or appointments that are missed without notification (no-show) are subject to a fee of $70.00 that is not billable to insurance. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in being unable to schedule future appointments.
