Family Therapy

Virtual Therapy

Therapy that’s flexible, convenient, and secure.

FBTA utilizes the HIPAA compliant version of Zoom as its virtual therapy platform. Clients in Minnesota wishing to engage in virtual therapy (telehealth) should have access to a strong and stable internet connection and a computer or smartphone with camera and microphone capabilities. Please note that your therapist will assess if telehealth will be beneficial and safe, as in-person therapy may be most appropriate for some clients or concerns. Telehealth is an excellent option for clients with:

  • Busy Schedules
  • Limited Local Mental Health Support
  • Chronic Illness/Pain
  • Physical or Mobility Limitations
